So you're able to get a level of information when you're making this purchase that simply doesn't exist in many other industries.
And that's one of the true reasons people buy.
I would love to think that, you know, we're we're just the greatest salespeople and then we have the slickest presentation we came up with it.
Our buyers are making an extremely logical decision based upon factual, localized market data that's being substantial.
But by their local commercial real estate broker that we connect them with before they make the decision.
So I just wanted to leave the audience with that, you know, ha kind of have that sink in for a second, 'cause like I said, that information does not exist in ninety five percent of franchising industries that we have the benefit of having that.
A location either makes sense or it doesn't, the same way a house you're buying either appraises or it doesn't.
