We keep building and we all think it's noise.

But you look at it right now and you look at where Jacksonville is.

It's not noise because that's exactly what they've done.

They've continued to fix problems, lean on their strengths and get better every single week.

And now going into the playoffs, they are at their peak.

They just need to keep riding this train.

It's a good joke, good fun.

Now, the fact that everybody laughs about it and it's cool, that's one thing.

And he plays up to it.

But when you're a defensive player, gives a grill that they pay for, the team paid for,

To Trevor Lawrence, host gang, he puts it in, they laugh, they celebrate.

Excuse me, I'm almost choking up on this because this is for real.

You have to be enduring to your team if you're the quarterback.

Now, we know Trevor Lawrence, he's low-key, family man, all that.

But it's the little things you do.

They showed how much they appreciate that dude with that gesture.

And he took it and he ran with it because he understood how important it was for them that he is one of them and that made him one of them.

They know that they understand that they love that about him.
