Sean, with what we learned, the new general manager needs to be a character evaluator more than anything.
It's been ridiculous what has occurred.
I think any GM or president of hockey ops or coach has to be a good character evaluator.
But where the debate sometimes comes is what is a good character?
What do you look for in your players?
There's a lot of people that would hear JT Miller described and be like, that's the kind of guy you need.
That guy's a killer.
