A goal and a fight and a good old celebration for Curtis Douglas in the first period.

Those big tough guys are always a bunch of softies.

Yeah, that was a cool moment.

And good for Curtis Douglas.

We'll see if he's part of the future for the Vancouver Canucks.

They're going to have to determine whether or not he can play and keep up at the NHL level.

But the fact he scored yesterday is certainly a checkmark for him.

A couple other thoughts from the weekend.

There's got to be a market and maybe a decent market for Jake DeBrusque this offseason if that is indeed what he wants.

He made some comments a while back which suggested that he's not really into the whole rebuild thing.

He did walk back those comments later, but I think most of us were kind of like, yeah, he could be traded this offseason.

He's a power play machine.

I can't believe it.

Right?

It's amazing.

Wow.

And at five on five, he's... He's not up there.

But, I mean, look, he's got... We've said this so many times in the last little while when we talk about...
