Here in my first segment is uh the top pick uh my top prospect if the draft were to happen today in all of hockey.

And six foot four, two hundred and uh twelve pound uh right shot defensemen who are chiseled out of granite and can play all situations, skate up and down the sheet on time and use his length to get in the way, but if he's not using his length, he's gonna close on you physically to eliminate you in the hard areas and then of course

have the agility, the mobility, the athleticism to walk the offensive blue line to make plays.

I mean this guy beats goaltenders from long range with a heavy, hard shot.

And uh I'm not talking Bush bomb here where of course Bush could put it through the net, but there's also times when you're standing net front that you might know not sure if that's gonna hit you in the forehead, right?

This guy's uh this guy shoots it accurately and uh and really hard and I just love his character.

The move from Victoria to North Dakota and a lot of the noise around these kids that have made the move down south is revolved around while they're young and they might not be able to perform to the the best offensive capabilities, i.e.

McKenna, um who's still doing very well.

This isn't this isn't so much about McKenna as it is about Verhoff.

Um how about a 17 year old who's got to go up against 23, 24 year old uh uh college players on a nightly basis in a shutdown role or

war to push the pill up north uh to st produce offense so

He's number one for me right now.

I'm I'm really high on him and uh and you know, we we drafted Act Bly, like you said, back in the day.

He's had a nice run there.

Obviously, uh Dry Sidle went three.

There was reasons for that back then and you know, we could be splitting hairs on it, I guess.

But uh one's got a couple of Stanley Cups and they're both fantastic players.

So all things being equal for now, very hope's my guy.
