That four-week gap, they just seem to use it so well.

Get players refreshed, any bit of knocks or injuries, get them right to peak for semi-final.

And, you know, last year losing, they put so much into the Munster final and then to lose it, and then only have the two weeks to the quarterfinal probably was a factor in it as well.

So, look, I think it's hard to look past Limerick.

And as I said, if they get up to that 40-odd shots off again and their conversion rate is up a small bit, it is going to be really, really hard to see anyone but Limerick win it.

Yeah, it's tough because obviously those weeks where you have a game on Sunday and then the following weekend, you can't do anything really during the week.

You're literally in recovery mode, analysing the opposition for the following week and then you go again.

So it is really, really hectic.

And as I said, if you pick up a small bit of a hamstring niggle or something like that, it effectively rules you out for two games.

So when we got out of Munster last year, it just gave us that little bit of breathing space, gave us a chance to have a couple of internal games, get your training back up, get the intensity back up and that.

Then we obviously had to play the prelim last year against Leash.

So that gets you up and running again and then into a big game against Galway and then

So it's easier to manage and you're able to get more done in training as well, which I think is a big thing.

And lads feel then they have a chance.

Maybe during the Munster Championship, the team is kind of fairly set, but then when you come out with that, then you start playing internal games, lads think, I have a chance here, you know what I mean?

A provincial medal is still a big medal to have.
