We started chatting about it, that vital to me that I actually have an on-field role.

So yeah, we'll figure that out exactly how that works.

But yeah, I'm really excited about what I'm doing at the moment in the attack space with the Canes.

Yeah.

I'm also really excited about the people development and the people management stuff, which will become a bit more of a priority next year.

But, you know, I'll definitely have an on-field, something I have to get ready for every week, be able to watch the opposition, be able to have the stuff that, you know, I'll sit down at night and enjoy watching the computer and having a look at that sort of stuff.

So I definitely won't lose that.

That was early chats.

I think a little bit maybe early on.

Yeah.

You know, that was probably seven or eight years ago now.

And, yeah, I had to learn a little bit around the people management part, I think.

Yeah.

And...

The last seven or eight years have given me great experience around seeing that and understanding what people need.

So I think I'm in a pretty good position now to get a good plan together and be able to have good impact on both.

And just as much of that as I said to you around the canes, I really enjoy working with coops.

I've got a good rugby head and sort of throwing ideas at each other and hopefully we're picking things up off each other and I intend that

I need to have a really good relationship with whoever else we do the attack with in the Blues.

So I'm looking forward to that.
