Really, for a drug like this, the final proof of its value is not known right now.

If you stay on it for say two years or more, what's its effect on your rate of progression?
And from a societal perspective, what's that summative uh impact on the cumulative?
Time spent caregiving, the cost of caregiving, et cetera.
We just don't know that answer, but that's what we need to know.

And that'll give you some sense of the the effect of the drug.
This is so I think geriatricians need to get on board with this drug, and here's why.
