um has published this recently and there are other data in the literature.

They are very stable people over time.
Minimal change in cognition, minimal transition to mild stage dementia.
It's only when you put tau in the mix and start to show uh tau uh scan measures that are uh correspond to Brock stage three spread of tau pathology in the temporal lobe that you start to see change over time in these individuals.
