Because you're going to have to take somebody off the 40-man roster who another team is going to want pretty much instantaneously.
Even some of the guys who are at AAA who are already on the 40-man roster are
There's not a whole lot of them that you'd want to just give away.
Well, the last couple of series, you know, they have been.
It's probably not exactly, you know, what ownership would want if you were scripting a perfect world and you were scripting what you thought ideal attendance would be.
They moved weekday starts to 630 while school was in session.
I think it probably helped them a little bit on the margins.
The Saturday and Sunday crowds have been great.
The $10 bleacher seats during weekdays have been great.
Those four or five sections out in right center through center field are always packed.
It's a little different now, two-tone, with not playing the AL East as much.
It cuts both ways.
It's great in the standings, but you don't have Boston and New York and Toronto fans here all the time.
So it's a little hit or miss in terms of some of the rivalries.
But the last few weekends, the last few series have been great.
They also just recently had a 10-game road trip, and then a 6-game road trip, so they haven't been at home as much.
But they're home quite a bit here through June.
It's certainly up from where it was before.
The buzz in the city is palpable.
