purely speaking it also it means control because not to talk business but let's talk business yeah you write a screenplay uh somebody options that they hold that property and you know they can hold it for just the loss on their books and you never get to do a damn thing with it that's right but if i write a novel i can lease that and continue to develop my idea for as far as i want yeah so it just made sense for pure freedom of expression

Matter of fact, I just got back from Costa Rica two days before I, for the first time, uh, booked sex in the city.
I think actually having been in Costa Rica helped a lot because I had that kind of just Zen thing going on in the moment.
And ultimately, if you look at like, Sex and the City is good writing.
Michael Patrick King and the whole team, Cindy and all of them, they were good writers because they didn't just make it about the superfluous, the sex and the sensei.
It was about you four girls, your friendships and your growth.
And the guys were articulations of that.
You were the hub and we were spokes.
