He can improve in his late 20s.
It's also true to say he should make some of the plays that he made.
It's also true to say he should have sunglasses on his head when the sun's an issue.
Like it's a much more realistic approach.
Like I'm not saying the guy shouldn't be criticized.
I'm not saying that, you know, he, he has been a great center fielder.
He is not.
It's just, I'm not reaching a definitive conclusion on the guy right now for three and a half million bucks.
To me, that's a bet worth making given his upside.
And you can't make that determination based on two series.
And the only way to make that determination is to play him in games.
And I want to see what's going to happen.
Is it going to be the guy that we saw last night who hits two monster home runs, or is it going to be the guy on opening day who wasn't very good in center field?
I don't know, but I need, you know, a larger sample size in five games to figure it out.
