In my opinion, Connor Griffin, you want to be in Pittsburgh.

He's saying that by agreeing to this.

A Griffin client or a Boris client would probably say, my market value could be higher if I hold out.

I'm going to try to get every available dollar.

And Connor valued comfort and knowing what he has in front of him over the max amount that he could possibly get.

I have no problem with it.

I don't think anybody around here has any problem with it, Joe.

I mean, that's one thing that has been talked about with this team relative to O'Neal Cruz in center, Marcelo Zuno, or anybody else at the plate.

Pitchers who can't get it done, they need to win.

That's the most important thing.

He's not hitting right now.

They're going to get somebody in there who does.

I don't think that's going to be permanent.

Like, you know, he hasn't lost his spot.
