But what we're finding and what I guess what's gonna be helpful for our listeners is as we're entering into already in, but as we're we're progressing in this era of AI and AI enablement,
Any sort of behavioural attributes that you think have been really important to you.
Like we talk about the importance of being inquisitive and curious and brave and those kind of things.
So from a sort of the more of the in innate behavioural aspects, which what's helped you drive forward in the in the manner and the pace at which you have, but then perhaps also what you think about when and what you look for in others.
What about that bravery aspect?
Because I I think it's an an era where we don't want people to be constrained by the norm, right?
Break the habits, think about how you can do things differently, you know, whether you want to call it vision in or whatever.
But what's your view on that and the the criticality of being brave right now?
Yeah.
I think the other flip side of this which you sort of just touched on is this isn't about being reckless either, right?
So you with with this power comes responsibility because things happen much faster, a great degree degree of autonomous sort of action, you can't just be hands off, right?
You have to still have the responsibility, I guess, for what you are engaging with, what you're asking for, and ultimately what you're creating.
To be at the leading edge of where we are, I think there's a you know real importance of having accessibility to talent.
And so within your role, that sort of responsibility for providing that leadership and that leadership philosophy got, I guess, across cognition.
So yeah, what how would you describe that leadership philosophy where you have this new world, this highly talented people sort of massively empowered through the technology?
Should leadership philosophy.
Interesting.
And that's a lovely example you gave where Elon had that influence and impact.
Are there any other sort of examples where perhaps individuals have helped shape your way of thinking or something as critical as that?
So, you know, the answer's not more people kind of thing.
