If you don't mind, perhaps we'll just take a few seconds, if you could just introduce yourself to our audience.

Thanks for being here.

So um now as as I just described really, it's been a pretty phenomenal journey that you've been on with Slack.

And perhaps Cal, if you don't mind, m maybe you can set us off just by sort of setting the scene around, you know, an overview of what has that journey been like from the origins through to the point where where you joined and became part of the Salesforce HANA.

Uh uh it's really interesting to hear sort of so the origins being this sort of organic natural evolution based upon how you're working, identifying that it's a a tool opportunity, becoming a platform, becoming internationalised, becoming highly connected, and those kind of things.

And you know, one of the things that we commonly face across our portfolio as as the technology leaders are challenges around

scalability and you know, how do you take something that may have you know had its origins like you described and ultimately end up with a really robust SAS platform?

It could be mission critical and those kind of things.

So so during that journey, you know, what kind of challenges did you face or what were the kind of things you had to sort of work your way through around platform and tech choices and those kind of things?

Perhaps if you could share with us a little bit about that, that would be great.

Just on the tech side for a second, was there any sort of wholesale changes you had to make?

Because in my experience, one of the things I've found is sometimes people take too long to realise we've got to change this, right?

And they keep trying and trying and making it work and the problem just doesn't go away.

So, you know, w were there any situations where there were big brave decisions that you guys had to make to say, look, this this you know, this whole tech stack's wrong or, you know, we've got to shift to a different kind of platform or

architecture, w was there some big decisions like that along the way?

And and you mentioned sort of the people side of it, sort of going from one to a hundred to two hundred people developing.

How I mean, how did that scale?

What were the sort of challenges there around how you know how you bring the people along on this sort of rapid journey of you know significant growth and and you know sort of going international, much bigger scale, much bigger customers?

You know, how how did the team deal with that?

What what were the main sort of challenges there?
