And the scale of what happened, given that the Allies were supposed to be watching and trying to stop this, the scale of what happened is so vast that it's beyond suspicious.

So for me, this is really important because when we look at what happened to this advanced disc technology, you can absolutely say some of it ended up in America.

Some of it ended up in the Soviet Union.

But I think some of it ended up in rogue third countries, in Argentina, certainly in Egypt, there was a lot going on after the war.

And in terms of the UFO stuff, I'm quite confident of that.

continued development occurred and I don't know that it's possible for us to get really tangible view of quite what happened next but given that they had a chance six months before General Patton arrived to get all the best stuff out and we saw that mass evacuation it's beyond doubt to me that whatever was really going on was taken away

You know, I think this is where it's really good to think about the philosophy of science.

So the philosophy of science is actually, I think, a very important topic.

You don't need to be an expert in it, but to do some basic grappling with it when you're trying to understand the sort of the history of technology, especially in the last 100 years.

And there's a specific philosopher called Thomas Kuhn who proposed this idea of scientific revolutions and paradigms.

And what he argued was science operates within paradigms.

So right now, I mean, in the past, it was we were in a Newtonian paradigm.

And what happens is that paradigm gets built.

And over many years, everyone begins to believe that it is science.

So everything inside of the Newtonian paradigm was true.

And anything that was anomalous or couldn't be explained by it must be false.
