That didn't fix the engine.
You got to fix the engine if you want the light to actually go away for real purposes, not because you just broke the light on your dashboard.
So my goal in sharing all of this is how do we get more people to not just break the light and alleviate a symptom, but to actually treat the root cause of the issue?
Well, again, take animals.
So consciousness does play a role in everything, whether it's Western medicine, Eastern medicine, anything in between.
If I believe that something will help me, chances are the probability will increase of it helping me.
Now that's the placebo effect.
The question is, is there an objective truth going on here beyond the power of your own thought and the power of your mind?
And again, that's where animals come in.
Placebo doesn't work the same way with an animal because when you bring an animal in, you don't say, hey, dog, this is what you're about to experience.
It doesn't understand that.
It's still conscious.
It's just conscious in different ways.
So it's beneficial for the mind to be a part of the equation.
It's not necessary.
My animal is a perfect example.
When I got... We have a toy poodle right there, actually.
And when we got her, she was one pound.
