Obviously, you give up chances and opportunities in the game, but if you can limit the main part of those chances that you're not giving up consecutive grade A chance after premium chance after another one, you give yourself a chance to win the game.

I think we just played with confidence and obviously we're having a lot of fun.

I think our group

as a team for that stretch was closer probably than most teams are in hockey today.

And I think that led to us believing in each other and having the run that we did.

Well, I think we knew we were getting an upgrade in that, and a guy that played with confidence, and he brought confidence to our group.

I didn't really know Roley until he got in our locker room, but his work habits and his care and his competitiveness in practice, and he just brought everybody into the fight.

When you've got a goaltender that competes and competes

you know, instills confidence and energy and makes you work to score goals in practice and doesn't give up on a puck.

And just his attitude around the rink really brought our group together and it was great to have him, you know, join our team at that time.

And obviously he, you know,

took great strides in personal play and success in that run and gave him a great reputation around the league as a competitor and great teammate.

I mean, elite.

I mean...

I think you can look at the stats and the numbers and you obviously see those numbers on paper and you can tell that he was a good player, but his poise and his patience and

his ability to just be under control and play the game at an elite level and never look like he was out of position or overworking or, you know, just out of sorts.

He was always calm and collected.

And obviously it was a big part of us having success and us, you know, building momentum and growing as a group.

He was, you know, an elite defender and an elite coach.
