They're just looking to stay a few months, do some work, and then take money back.
The exchange rate makes it worthwhile to make that trip, and that's why there's so much temporary type of gigs.
Yeah, I would say the turnover is not great in restaurant industry in general.
For Chinese restaurant, it's the same, maybe even more extreme.
I have to admit, I think, you know, my father definitely has a personality as well, so he doesn't always get along with other people.
What's his personality like?
His personality is one that will always fight with me and vice versa as well.
Or it could even be something as simple as, like, he didn't like the way I talked to him.
more like personal and that bleeds into business.
And sometimes that becomes an issue as well.
So he's a, you know, he's a sensitive guy.
And I think that back then when he worked for people with some bosses that he vibed with, that he got along with, but there's other people that he just did not agree with.
And then he just basically left.
So yeah.
Yeah, yeah, you could say he's an artist.
You know, he's definitely more eccentric, definitely passionate.
Definitely passionate, I would say.
And I think it takes a little bit of crazy to really survive in this industry.
