And I think longer term, we really have to change, I think, a bit of our view around that.

I think the second thing is, is that, you know, I, my wife is from Spain.
Um, I've done a lot of work in Europe, obviously a lot of work in North America, and we've talked about Asia.
So one of the questions I get a lot is what are the big differences in doing business across those regions?
I think what's interesting is I generally speaking, I find kind of the U S in the middle.
And then East Asia and Northern Europe at these extremes.
So Northern Europe is, you know, even with the arrival of AI, very left brain, very analytical.
We're going to be deliberate, take our time in doing research, develop a business plan over six to nine months, and then we're going to execute it and not question it for two or three years.
which has some strengths and weaknesses.
The other extreme is China, which when I started doing work in China, you'd say, Hey, can you share your strategic plan?
And they'd like laugh, like what, what plan?
I have a thousand people trying a thousand different things.
And when there's a breakthrough, I get the whole organization behind it.
That's my plan.
Right.
And it was like, okay, that makes sense.
And the U S I find we're kind of in the middle.
We're not as deliberate and take three to five year plans like Northern Europe, but we're not as experimental as I think we can be.
And of course, there's industry differences and geographical differences.
