The only way that America had like a small holding farmer population was because of massive government policies that like going back to like the settling of this country that said this is part of what we want to create affirmatively, even like going back to like Thomas Jefferson.
Of course, that was a plantation economy.

If you want to have farms, it is a policy choice, whether they're going to be giant conglomerates that are frankly uncontrollable in situations of crisis, or if it's smaller holders, that's a policy choice that the country has to make.
