I mean, dude, I've been saying this literally since I started educating people on peptides since 2022. And I literally said this, and I believe this, and I know I'm sure you're going to agree with me. If you do not have 100 to 105 IQ, you should not use peptides. Seriously, you're not going to be able to reconstitute.
You and me cannot teach you, no matter what we give you, whether it's a peptide calculator or hand instructions, we make a video for you. We even, God forbid, call you on the phone or do a fucking FaceTime call with you. If you're not smart enough to understand the basic math required to reconstitute a peptide, you can't use a peptide.
Society is getting dumber and dumber. and dumber and dumber and bro we all know why it is it's not people's fault i mean of course it's their fault because they don't learn but it's this yeah yes exactly people literally this is this is the information imagine being an 18 year old kid and saying siri google alexa Blank. Tell me the answer. And then the screen lies to them and they do no research.
They use no critical thinking or discernment. Bro, imagine this. We were talking about this this weekend. It was me and Chris and Dom. Dude, the young kids, they don't even think.
People, this is insane, Dylan. Half the people that you and I talk to on a day in, day out basis right now don't even think to respond to us. They use AI. I know.
Think about how insane the world is that people cannot even use their brain to think a response to you and me. They literally, and remember the screen does it for them. I know. Because before they can even think, it pops down and says, use AI to respond or AI response. It's insane, bro. What do you think this is doing to people's brains?
Think of me, dude. When I was in college, we didn't even have computers. I had to go to the card catalog in the library, have a lady go to the Dewey Decimal System and check out a book. But see, but here's the thing, dude. And again, this is not a diss, like you said, for young people because they could become way smarter than us if they put their minds to it. But they're all so fucking lazy.
They don't do any work because they allow the screen to do the work for them. And you and I both know the screen fucking lies to them. All the time.
We used the Thomas guide to get around. We had no navs. There was no navigation. You had to use a Thomas guide.
I know the promise guide in California and I use the mountains as my geo positioning. The mountains were usually North. The ocean was always West and you can figure everything out from that. But dude, these kids today, if I mean, dude, we can go on all day.
I mean, I'm, we should probably talk about some biohacking stuff, but I mean, it, society is broken because these kids do not know how to learn.
Exactly.
Yeah, for sure. So I mean, like, so right now, like most people. In America, not us, of course, but the average person in America has a fucking fat loss or a metabolic, you know, issue. They have insulin resistance.
So the GLP-1 peptides and, you know, the three primary ones that most people know about, really most people know about semaglutide, which is obviously Wigovi, and they know about Terzapatide, which is Manjaro or Zepalm. Stage one versus stage two GOPs. Now, these are foundationally, fundamentally life-altering peptides, not just because they help people with weight loss.
They change brain patterning. They eliminate cravings. They eliminate alcoholism. They eliminate obsessive-compulsive disorders. Dude, they eliminate food noise. The problem with them is that the average doctor who prescribes them is a quack and doesn't understand their use other than that they give them a high dose.
So what I always say in pharma versus research, we start high and go higher, right? Because we want to line the pockets of pharma, we want to line the pockets of the physician. Whereas in research, we teach people to start low and go slow. So there's like a huge divergence of like doing this right and doing this effectively versus doing this for health and longevity.
And so if you're going to use a GLP, which again is probably the number one using peptide right now for most people, you have to use a microdose. You have to start low, go slow, assess your tolerance, figure out which one of those three. And I didn't mention red atrutide and I'll get to that in a second, but
But you have to figure out what your dose is and stay low for a while and then clearly live the lifestyle. Now, 90% of people who use these GLP peptides are not living the lifestyle. And they're still getting weight loss because obviously they stop eating because of the appetite suppression is so effective. And then as you and I both know, four to six weeks later, they have absolute hell of a pay.
They got thyroid damage. Their metabolism slows down. They lose their hair. They get Wagobe face, Wagobe neck, Wagobe ass, all the shit that you hear about with the muscle wasting. And all of it's true, but all of that could be avoided if they were counseled initially how to do this right. And how to do this right is using a microdose, eating enough protein, right?
Lifting weights and doing cardiovascular training, living insulin controlled and sleeping at night. And again, dude, the average person, it's tough to sleep. You and I have sleep problems. There's so much fucking Wi-Fi and EMF and dirty frequencies and contaminated food, contaminated air, contaminated water. I mean, it's everywhere. But the average person on a GLP is not being counseled correctly.
