So everybody throws two rocks.
So you throw your two rocks.
The other two people sweep.
The other guys at the end tell you where to put your rocks.
Then you get up, the next guy throws his two rocks, and everybody sweeps, and the skip never sweeps.
He basically is down there calling the shot.
Yeah, you get to sweep and throw rocks.
So, like, if I'm a lead, typically my skip wants me to throw guards at the top.
So then you can start curling behind them and set up your strategy and
So it makes it harder for people to knock your rocks down.
Like, theoretically, you want to be the guy, get your rocks in the house, closest to the button, and score points.
And so there's all these strategies.
This is why I'm not a skip.
I can't think beyond just throwing my own rocks.
So when we initially throw the rock, sometimes you're sweeping to maintain that straight line because you don't want it to curl until the very end there where it will end up where you want it to be.
