Different markets have different uh personalities in regards to the practice.
The Philippines has a unique uh dynamic for doctors and associations and all that.
It's different in Malaysia as well.
We learned that also in the telehealth days.
But whatever you encounter in the local market, that's what you have to work with.
Sometimes it's not even a challenge.
You have to look for where the opportunities are to penetrate the market rather than focus on the challenge or dwell on it.

If people want your service then it's easy enough to sell.
Malaysia, for example, I found out that after your consultation the pharmacy is right outside the doctor's office.
That's rare here.

It's it's unless you're in the you're in a large clinic or a large hospital, then you've got the pharmacy outside.
But this one is really it's part of their value chain for the doctor.
So if you're working with external brands or other brands, sometimes you get some pushback on the pharmacy level because pushing a certain brand already.
