I'm like, look, this is what I want you to think of when we're trying to decide which way we're going to go with the dog.

Are we going to differentially reinforce?

If you imagine like a website and you hover over a tab and it gives you the top five searched things, like the dropdown menu, you hover your mouse over it and it gives you the top five.

If you click on it, there's a hundred.

But when you hover over it, it just gives you the top five, right?

Okay, right now, when your dog gets angry, the top five are all bad, all bad stuff.

We could, he sees the mailman, he gets angry, and he pulls up these five bad choices.

We could counter condition the mailman and make him happy when he sees the mailman.

And it looks like our problem is solved because we no longer see a problem when he sees the mailman.

But he's not hovering over the angry tab.

He's hovering over the fucking food tab, which we see pitter patter, offer a sit, offer a down, wag his tail.

The problem is you've left that tab intact.

And so if he hovers over that tab, he's going to get the same five choices.
