And your example of Salem's lot.

That town was just ripe for being infested by vampires because of its evil nature and it seems like Oatley is like that, but

The only people

are just mean and nasty and I don't know, it just feels like a less terrible place to be than Salem's lot.

But I find Salem's Lot to be far more interesting.

Like I think I would actually rather go to Salem's Lot because it would be more fascinating in a train wreck kind of way.
