A lot of us.
I try to apply all this advice we hear on social media and on the internet and everywhere else, but we're not seeing the change in our body.
And you've spent years now helping people do exactly this.
So the first thing I want to do with you is actually start by busting some myths.
I want to dive right in.
Because I feel like we should just get right in there.
The first one is you'll only lose weight if you're doing tons of cardio.
The next one is no pain, no gain, which I think kind of speaks to what you just spoke about, like this idea of just destroying yourself in the gym.
But what's your take on no pain, no gain?
