The cause is still being investigated, though some reports say Clark passed away from a possible drug overdose.

The Grizzlies said in a statement that they are, quote, heartbroken by the tragic loss of Clark.

Brandon was an outstanding teammate.

and an even better person whose impact on the organization and the greater Memphis community will not be forgotten.

He had just established a foundation just recently.

I read this from Michael Cole, the commercial appeal recently.

For somebody who was loved in the locker room, that's for sure.

I liked reading what Brad Jones, a former Grizzlies assistant, had to say.

In all my years with him, I never heard one person say anything cross about him.

Wonderful guy and teammate.
