So it's uh I have a hard time in this particular application being in the Route 28 corridor, which is envisioned for a lot more different types of uh businesses than data centers, and losing the office buildings and the hotels and with nothing to replace it. low-confidence

If this was simply we want to go from the 72 to the 93, I am absolutely in agreement with that. low-confidence

The county always wants uh the land to be in the most, you know, current, well actually not the 93, the current zoning where I was used to saying the 93, but um I and I would generally support those. low-confidence

This isn't just that. low-confidence

It has a one specific use with proffers on it. low-confidence

And I just spoke to the county attorney and said that's not the same thing. low-confidence

So um saying it's just a ZRTD, and the county has uh denied a just a C, I think it was called Thayer Lane, was simply a zoning request to go the most court at the time. low-confidence

I think the revised 93 and the board turned it down uh because the intent was, I believe, to put a data center there. low-confidence
