So anybody who's going to be a real estate agent or a realtor and they're worried about trying to put somebody in an affordable housing, this has a really good organization with a brand new management company.

And they really are trying their hardest to make it affordable for everyone.

So I can't wait to bring clients there.

I also went to Juneteenth.

It was my first time, and it was the most exciting day.

It was beautiful.

Everybody had a happy heart, and I thought I probably had the best table because I gave away fans, and everybody loved my fans.

They're fans of Jeannie's fans.

The other thing is the attain.

I am going on a field trip coming up there, walking it because a lot of our constituents are concerned about that.

So I'm going to be walking that property with not just the builders and the owners of the property, but also the constituents that have concerns.

I know that if we have reasonable minds, it's going to be a great development for everyone.

The other thing that I get is on Monday morning, I am going to be doing a field trip with Seth, and Seth is the one who runs the parks and recs.

Apparently, in the Woodbridge District, there's so many parks and they're so cool, and I don't know half of them, to be honest with you.

Because when you live in an area and you just don't go there,

Well, I don't know half of them, so they're going to bring me on a park trip, and hopefully we're going to have a picnic.

I'm going to suggest it every time I can.

I think that parks and recs really need to offer picnics.

Anyways, I'm excited about that.

So the Woodbridge District is going to have some really cool things coming up, and I will let everybody know in my newsletter.
