and how this the church is already connected um more so through this application than it is currently today. low-confidence

Right now if you want to go from East Cape View Drive to the church, you can't. low-confidence

You have to go all the way down to Pleasant Valley Road, walk up and around. low-confidence

There will be connections through Lamb Bay 1 where the residential is and Lamb Bay 4 where the commercial is as part of this application that will allow people to actually get to the entrance to the church. low-confidence

If you just want to walk through the forest, you can do that too. low-confidence

Um, but that uh there will be certainly integration there. low-confidence

Uh one item I do want to point out on this screen here, and this is something specifically to Commissioner Meyer's uh comment that we had during our conversation, there was a fire access issue that was mentioned by the fire marshal, and we have met with him, we actually have a site plan in um already that we're trying to work through. low-confidence

So this issue came up during that application as well. low-confidence

And this is the um the coverage for the residential, you'll see there's three different buildings, um A on the bottom, B on the upper right, and then C on the left. low-confidence

Between buildings A and C and B and C, you'll T see two fire lanes right there. low-confidence

The concern was there's not a fire lane between A and B on the bottom right hand corner. low-confidence

Uh we're agreeing to do that now, and that'll be as part of our updated uh application. low-confidence
