Uh, but also do want to point out um it it's easy to say make things compatible, but we have certain impediments here. low-confidence

Uh well you know there's four different property owners and five different properties that have been assembled. low-confidence

JLB has been assembling them, they've been working with Optima and the church and the other property owners to make this a reality just to get this application to where it is to allow the church to give us the internal spine road connection and the park space on the southern portion of their property. low-confidence

So it's it's hard to kind of put that into scope when we're just proposing application on uh two D paper, but it's an important aspect of this that does really bring it to life is to the challenges that are uh inherent with an application like this. low-confidence

Uh I have slides to address each of these, but this is just a sample of what was included in the email that I sent to uh the entire commission and to staff yesterday, which incorporates all the conversations we've had with all the commissioners as well as a conversation we had with staff on September 3rd to uh specifically address uh all the issues that were referenced in the staff report. low-confidence

The the issue is that we submit our last application on July 29th uh after low-confidence

After the public hearing on June 23rd, it's difficult, it's not even supportable to submit updated materials before the work session. low-confidence

So what we have to do is do it through an email. low-confidence

And every time we've done this, we've stayed with our word and we've done everything that's been agreed to or requested by the commission. low-confidence

So I just want to give you all some level of comfort that we are going to do everything that's identified in red uh that I'll mention in in the uh presentation this evening. low-confidence

The first comment that was brought up by the commission at the public hearing for follow-up was the community park. low-confidence

Mark Novak's here, I don't think he's here for this project, but uh he's been we've been coordinating with him since the beginning to come up with a design. low-confidence

Uh unfortunately we took out one of his elements um uh in place of a pickleball courts. low-confidence

Um there was a national fitness court on the left hand side of the open lawn, which has been retained to shift it. low-confidence
