Uh the commercial layouts, we have seven of these that uh we have placed in our CDP. low-confidence

Um and so those are all here and a lot of them are very similar, uh, but they have you know minor changes to allow for flexibility because we have no users yet. low-confidence

And the access figured out, then that's something that uh they're not willing to agree to until that's done. low-confidence

We would love for people to come in and not leave, uh until they can safely, of course, but it's a situation where the staff concern is they people would in the morning AM peak, which is the only issue for traffic on this site, people try would would like to avoid pleasant low-confidence
