So this is the news that Lance Bradley has stepped down.

How significant a moment is this and what does it say about where the regions are right now?

Um well let's let's l rather than it be about the regions, I think what does it say about where the ospreys are right now?

Um so when did Lance Bradley come in, let's say about three years ago?

I think that was, you know, it was a it was a big appointment.

I think he did a lot of things early on which were built with protecting the future of the Ospreys in mind.

you know, the the move to St Helens was a l was very, very vocal early on about that.

We had him on the show in fact and you know, and he was very, very um

bullish about the future of the Ospreys.

I think, broadly speaking,

you know, was doing a lot in that space.

Now this for me and I'm not an expert, but this all kind of changed about fourteen, fifteen months ago.

when the Ospreys and the Scarlets didn't sign the agreement in the wake of Cardiff going into um going into union ownership.

I appreciate there were c some s concerns around that.

But at the same time, I think as a business person who was there to protect the the future of the Ospreys, I think that put them in a weaker position.

And you can say that the union acted inappropriately, and I completely get that.
