But yeah, it's challenging.

On Tuesday, we lost two of our best pitchers for quite some time.

We've had injuries before that.

So you've got to play the hand you're dealt, and that's just the reality of the season.

I thought our guys did a great job yesterday knowing about the injuries and going out and sweeping a doubleheader and playing really well.

So guys are going to have to step up, both pitchers and hitters, and we're prepared to do that.

Yeah, you know, he's a guy that we've been talking to him about for a while.

It didn't just come about because we're in New York.

You know, he's a guy, he's a ground ball guy.

He's been somewhat unlucky this year if you look at his numbers.

We feel like he fits with our defense and the way we pitch.

And so, yes, hopefully he can help stabilize our rotation.

There's no question.

But it wasn't just a move that we made because we had a couple injuries.

This is something we've been talking about for a bit.

And with the timing of our injuries, it made sense to pull a trigger.

Yeah, so with Ben to go first, he has a stress reaction in his neck, sort of a similar injury to 2024.

We're going to get second opinions on this.

We don't know exactly what we're dealing with, but there's going to be a period of pretty significant rest, no matter what the second opinion shows.

So we're going to be out without Ben for a bit.
