And to some degree, climate change is that.

Yeah, this is going to be the strongest El Nino ever.

I have very little doubt in that.

Almost all the models say it will.

So basically, it means that the water temperatures in the Central and Eastern Pacific tropical areas are going to be warmer than they've ever been, and not just by a little bit, by a whole lot.

We see El Ninos every few years, right?

It's going to be the strongest ever.

So we're going to see unprecedented things happen around the world.

We're already seeing that in Europe, and it probably has at least some linkage to climate change.

We're going to see a very severe hurricane season in the Pacific.

But for us, actually, during the Atlantic hurricane season, it means it'll be quieter.

So there's lots of different impacts.

I think the biggest impact for Florida and the Southeast U.S.

is going to be what happens late fall and winter.

We're likely to see a lot of severe weather.

Tornadoes.

A lot more tornadoes than we would typically see.

It's Kansas.

no not kansas so this would be anywhere from texas through the gulf coast new orleans pensacola down to orlando and tampa and maybe even miami too and the southeast around north carolina and south carolina so those areas that don't get usually as many tornadoes as they do in let's say oklahoma or the mississippi valley everything shifts south and east and so all of a sudden we end up with much stronger tornadoes and more frequent tornadoes than we otherwise would see

It's not a definite, but it's most likely going to happen just simply because this is an unprecedented El Nino that we're going into this winter.
