And it's sad for me to report this to you because there's a kind of a meta diagnosis for this.
Starting at the turn of the 20th century, really, this jurisprudential school started called Legal Realism.
And it's spread all, it's embedded deeply in our law schools.
And it basically teaches and has taught now generations upon generations of law students that the law is just politics, that the judges are politicians in robes.
And if you teach that to enough students and you make it seem like it's sophisticated and you don't have students who can push back and say, that's not the way it's supposed to be, those students obviously tend to go on to be conservatives.
Then, you know, the people who get brainwashed by this, if they manage to get politically connected enough or prominent enough to get appointed as federal judges, they bring that idea to the bench and then they just rule for their side.
So they the left knows the Mark Elias knows that through careful forum selection of trying to get to judges who think like that and that the judge down in in Florida with Trump's settled case about the, you know, the IRS releasing his tax return information.
I mean, he's totally flipped a gasket.
Her decision makes no sense.
She's reaching out to sanction people who weren't even part of the case.
She's an example of this.
But Mark Elias, Norm Eisen and other characters like that, they know exactly where to run to.
So it's a serious danger.
They're going to they're going to run to judges like that if there are any attempts to push back on kinky election results.

And look, it's total result orientation on their part.
So if there's a conservative state that looks at its election returns and says, we're going to start digging into this, then what would they do if they had the presidency?
They'd stick the civil rights division on them and they'd say, oh, you're trying to disenfranchise black people or something like that.
But magically, when things are flipped, Republican has the presidency and
And he's looking at blue states with election results.
