And, you know, it might, instead of having an elite center, you may be able to do it through him.
So we see that.
say to you yes we were maybe down the road on something but I would say that if you talk to every other team in the league they probably feel they were down the road in the deadline too so ours just became somehow public that we might have had a deal but I would tell you I've been on other teams where we almost yeah I know I know but I never watched that press conference but I would say
If I had to characterize it, I would say, yes, we definitely were close on a couple things, maybe one more than the other.

Would we like to improve our team?

Are we active, calling everybody, talking, looking at different situations?
Yes.
But honestly, we don't feel the pressure from anywhere else to do anything that doesn't fit into what we want to do.
I'm not going to make any promises.
I mean, last year at this time, I think the day before the draft when I spoke to everybody, honestly, with everything that happened with Noah, it started really happening after that.
