We obviously got done with free agency.

The scheme's coming together.

I mean, the players aren't in the building yet.

So once that happens, there'll probably be a lot of things that pop up as I get to know them and figure out this draft class and then bringing all the players from the draft.

So there'll be a lot.

The next two months, there'll be a lot more going on.

I don't mind conflict, and I didn't always feel that way.

Where I used to avoid having a difficult conversation, now I just go right at it and understand it and kind of rip the Band-Aid off and have an honest conversation.

Whether that be with a player or another coach or anybody else, I just go right at it.

You know how I learned it?

I learned it by avoiding it.

And realizing that that doesn't solve anything and eventually you have to meet it head on or it's just going to worry you more than anything and take up too much of your time.

So I've been very direct with people.

I'm very honest with people.

And if I feel like something's off, I go right up and have a conversation with them about it.

And if I don't agree with somebody, I let them know.

I mean, I do it hopefully in a tactful way, but I have no problem with conflict anymore.
