I was drawn defensive plays.

I would say probably I can remember watching the Florida Gators play when Spurrier was the coach sitting in my living room.

I can actually picture it right now with the whiteboard and trying to draw up formations and stuff that he was showing on TV.

And then I would record them and rewind them back and try to draw the plays.

So yeah, I would say seventh grade maybe, sixth, seventh, eighth grade around that time.

Have always had self-awareness and even at that point I kind of knew that I was not really gonna be playing for a long period of time because of your size of my size because of my speed because of how big I was going to be all the above and not that I wasn't trying to but well you play

Right.

And that's but even then, when I played in college, it wasn't I never had the oh, I'm going to be an NFL football player or go on to play in any other type of league.

I even as a player in college.

Like, I'll even give you another example.

I was probably a better baseball player than I was a football player and probably could have went to more schools to play baseball than football.

But I knew I wanted to coach football.

So I went to play football.

I mean, that's what I mean.

I went to Siena College because they recruited me the hardest because I really enjoyed the guy who recruited me, who then gave me my first job.

And I still talk to all the time.
