And so a tremendously challenging year, the first year for an NFL head coach.
And he handled it brilliantly.
And so in year two...
you have more time to plan to get ready for year two and to make tweaks and adjustments to your staff and the schedule and everything else.
And you could tell just from some of the statements that he made about how we need to be intentional, about how he is very anxious and ready to get started.
Well, first of all, there is not a year in the NFL that can be more challenging than year one.
Every NFL coach that you talk to, they always come away with it and say the first year my head was spinning so much.
It's everything.
Yeah, it's everything.
You think you know and you think you're ready to be an NFL head coach.
And the way that they built the environment in the building with all the changes that ShotKon made.
So great opportunity and a great opportunity for the head coach to have success in in a great environment.
