And I think one of the great things about the transition from year one to year two is because of the success you had in year one, 13 wins, now everybody wants to poach your staff.
And there were a lot of interviews for both coordinators, okay, on offense and defensive side of the ball.
And look, it seems like everybody's going to be coming back intact, and I'm sure that there will be tweaks and some minor changes to the staff.
Some of them, they're probably so subtle we wouldn't even recognize.
But I think as a head coach, if you stand pat in year two and just say, hey, we're just going to stay status quo, then I think you're missing an opportunity to get better as a staff.
I think you always want to make subtle changes.
Some of them may be big, and some of them you may not even notice.
Well, I mean, I think the Buffalo Bills are like the extreme example of change.
They believe and have always believed that change and constant change is good.
They believed it with their previous head coach, and then all of a sudden that belief in constant change fell into the category of the head coach.
And so change is being instituted in Buffalo to a little bit of an extreme.
You know, look, I think it's going to be fun to watch this staff kind of dial in this year because now you can build on the foundation that you established last year.
And I think for that reason, there's nothing more challenging than year one.
Year two is going to be a challenge always because you're trying to build off of success.
And sometimes the success that you had in the previous year can lead to complacency.
But here's the reality.
You didn't win anything last year.
You won the division, but you didn't win the championship.
The whole goal of playing is to win the championship.
And so hopefully they come back with that mindset.
