And I mean, it's amazing that you could have two segments of the support staff win awards in one year together.
I mean, it's pretty incredible.
And if you have any doubt as to how
how they earned that.
I mean, it was multiple different ways, but I think one of the things that made this so attractive for this football team with Eric Sciano and what he instilled, go back to what was called the Iron Jaguar.
Man, the offseason.
which was like an all-season battle.
So the team had multiple teams within the team, and they competed in different events throughout the offseason, some in the weight room, some in the indoor facility.
There were agility things.
There were weightlifting things, pull-up things, a million different things.
And the Iron Jaguar events –
I think allowed this football team and a lot of newcomers to get to know each other and to bond.
And that's when you really have a lot of bonding.
And the participation rate was, I think, like 100%, which was amazing.
And they had different guys from different aspects that got to know each other on these teams.
And you had mixes.
You had defensive guys and offensive guys that might have been on the same group competing for the Iron Jaguar.
And pretty amazing.
But to go back to the actual name of the award itself, because I think there's interest in it, it's the Alvin Roy NFL Performance Team of the Year by the Professional Football Performance Coaches Association.
