Like, let me just ask one more question on top of that accessibility thing.
Yeah.
I mean, in fairness, like that's not sales's job.
So I'm not upset that they didn't ask the question.
That is not their job.
Absolutely.
Like they are doing what they are paid to do and what we ask them to do.
So, yes, there are times where salespeople will ask more questions and they'll bring back great insight.
And I've worked with great people like that, but I'm not expecting them to.
You know, I think, like I said, sometimes you'll start to see patterns.
And that's really where a good partnership is really important, right?
Whether it's sales, whether it's technical support, customer success, whatever that group is, right?
They're just doing what they're doing as part of their job and they're going to gather insights as part of that.
It's our job to assess that filter and see if we need to dig in more and understand how to use it.
A hundred percent.
It seems like what we're talking about here is a little bit of a mindset change, a little bit of a mindset shift from just taking it at face value.
Customer said it.
We have to do it to invest in a little bit more, bringing more people in.
A lot of people will think.
oh, we have a process problem here.
