You worked with hundreds of product teams in different industries.

What's like the one habit that really separates teams that are that learn fast and other teams that are just like stuck in one spot, even when both claim to be customer centric?

You know, they have it in their mission statement.

Oh, we listen, voice a customer.

What's that one skill maybe that separates them?

I'm like, I'm going to, rather than a skill, I think I'm more talk about kind of a mindset.

You mentioned mindset earlier.

I think that's actually the biggest thing.

I think there's, I think the teams that are most successful have a growth mentality.

I hope everyone understands this idea of growth mentality rather than, you know, I hear, I've seen a lot of teams that are really good at providing explanations and

Not excuses, but explanations.

Oh, well, yeah, we wanted to do that, but here's why we didn't do that.

Or, hey, yeah, this is the reason why the product is set up this way.

And we tried to do that and it didn't happen.

That's great, but let's focus on how... All right, so given that, what can we do better?

There's always constraints.

I think the people that are most successful are thinking about, all right, how can we make this better?
