For many people, it's the perfect place to propose to their beloved.
For others, it's the ideal location to strike a pose for a photo that'll be posted online.
What destination am I talking about?
It's located in Paris, and it's called the Wall of Love.
Now, if you've never seen the Wall of Love in person or through images, it's worth looking up sometime.
The wall is a 416 square foot black canvas containing the statement I love you in 311 languages.
Now the story behind the wall is as striking as the wall itself.
Before the statements of affection were recorded for all to see there in Paris, one of the artists took time to collect them in a notebook.
What he'd do is he'd visit neighbors from other countries and from other cultures and even stop by embassies to compile these international expressions of love.
Now, this collage of various letters and symbols on the wall of love is a sight to behold.
It's a work of art, unlike many others in the world, because it's not just trying to capture a
Landscape or a figure or an object or a particular moment in history.
The wall is this attempt to artistically put love itself on display, calling out to the depth of love between individual people and the breadth of love across the global human experience.
And while there's certainly a romantic edge to the wall,
Wall of Love, it exhibits this foundational reality for any kind of relationship.
It shows us the deep truth that when you love someone, you don't want it to stay hidden.
