Um, I mean, he was up to a hundred miles an hour.
It's huge stuff.
He's super athletic.

very thin that I think you look at the body and it's one of those question marks of like, is this a guy that's projectable?
Cause he's thin or is he just thin?
Like he's never going to be able to add on mass.
Now he's got velocity to go with it.
But I think in terms of being a starting pitcher, handling the rigors of starting pitchers,
in the major leagues you know every four to five days that's kind of the question mark with him can the command come along with that as well from a pure stuff perspective he's one of the best arms that that moved at the deadline this is big left-handed stuff of course we know the blue jays love their lefties but you know it's an above average fastball um it's a plus change up right now it's a plus sweeper so you're talking about three pitches that are above average to plus
And he's got a couple more breaking ball shapes and a curve ball and a more traditional slider.
If he can get that control and command grade up from like a 40 to a 45 or a 50, I think you're really cooking with gas.
There's big upside with this swing.
He's the most exciting prospect that they acquired at the deadline.
The one that's going to rank the highest.
Yeah, I think, you know, I'll start with Bateman.
I got a long history with him.
He played out here in the Cape Cod League.
So I saw a ton of Bateman prior to him going pro.
He is at least probably a 70 in center field.
