Let me argue a bit against myself and say that an Iran with 90%, let's say, that's what it ends up, 90% of its ballistic missile capacity neutralized is a better one from the perspective of all of the West, the Arabs and the Israelis, than an Iran with its ballistic missile program.

Sure.

But but the latent the latent possibilities were something that the West had to deal with sooner or later.
