And I love that you really are coming at, you know, your whole practice from the angle of, you know, of an SLP as a business owner, but really a mom who really understands what it's like for their own child to receive services and like, you know, what types of services, you know, what what works well for families, what maybe doesn't work as well for families.

Do you mind sharing a little bit about how maybe, you know, your role as a mom has also shifted like how you run your practice?

And and thank you for for sharing that, you know, really interesting, you know, uh lens that you're looking at this whole thing through.

Because I know that, you know, for lots of people who's who have private practices, there's usually something behind like why they kind how they got into it, either the field or how they got into private practice.

And it is often triggered by some external life event, right?

So I always find that interesting and I know.

Um, that our listeners do too.

And I love that you have this advocacy focus in your practice because you're absolutely right.

Like our clients really need that.

Our families need that.

They're navigating an entire new landscape.

That you're right, they don't know the terms, they don't know the procedures, they don't know what's available or not available to their child.

And so as someone who's lived it firsthand, I can only imagine how wonderful that feels to a parent who's connecting with you, working at your practice, all that kind of stuff has to feel really, really great and supported to them.

Yeah.

I I love I just love your whole approach to to this whole thing.

And I think it's wonderful.

Again, it's wonderful for you.

It's wonderful for the families that you serve, wonderful for your employees, the whole community, everything.
