I love that slow cadence.

But I think the laying in bed and just knowing I can't get up when I wake up.

So many likes, so popular.

But if I post stuff about like, hey, here's how we can help this, much less popular.

Because if it soothes my dysregulation when I go, yeah, it's really hard and there's nothing I can do about it.

You're right.

Now I feel better.

But only for a moment.

This doesn't feel good in the long run when you're stuck in paralysis or when you're really struggling.

So I do think it limits us.

I think there's a place for it.

I think some of the language can, oh, I feel seen.

I feel understood.

okay, but now what?

Are we going to work to make it better?

Or is this what we're stuck with?
